London police requested a copy of Amy Winehouse’s crack-smoking video this week. Scotland Yard detectives (oh shit!) confirmed they are looking over the video obtained by The Sun in order to determine if charges are necessary.
As of now there is no investigation launched into the singer, a spokesman added. “Officers will be reviewing the footage and will then assess the footage and ascertain whether any action is to be taken.”
Amy’s father Mitch reportedly moved into her East London home in an effort to keep her off drugs. Friends claimed he is worried his daughter will kill herself with excessive drug and alcohol abuse.

I hope she goes to jail. What she was doing was illegal. Simple as that, she should go to jail for it. Of course, it won’t happen, but it’d at least get her clean for a bit.
