In the wake of former fiance Heath Ledger’s death, friends claimed Michelle Williams is “in her own world.” Michelle was in Sweden working, but left immediately to come back home to Brooklyn with daughter Matilda Rose.
She was seen in the country with her daughter Matilda’s nanny and Mammoth director Lukas Moodysson at an airport.
A witness tells Us, “Michelle was so quiet … not saying a word. She was in her own world.”
“Everyone feels terrible for her and her child,” a Mammoth crew member adds. “It’s terrible news and saddening for us all.”
In other Ledger news, the NYPD confirmed they found no illegal drugs in the actor’s SoHo apartment. Although a rolled up $20 bill near Heath’s body drew suspicions, no drug residue was found.

It really is just so sad. I’m glad to see that the paparazzi aren’t HOUNDING her, just taking the pictures from afar and letting her have some space. I hope they continue to do that and respect this time of grief for her and her daughter.
