A Los Angeles commissioner granted conservatorship to Jamie Spears, allowing him to make all decisions for his daughter, Britney Spears, and her estate. The commissioner agreed Britney is no longer able to care for herself or her affairs. This means Jamie will decide if Sam Lutfi is allowed to have access to Britney.
The conservators who were appointed to manage Britney’s assets have broad authority, including changing the locks to her house and keeping out anyone they want — we’re guessin’ that’s Sam Lutfi.
The judge granted the conservators — Jamie Spears and a lawyer co-conservators — have the power to hire 24-hour security at her house, access her medical records and communicate with treating physicians.
They also have the power to make any decisions on her behalf, and can revoke any contracts she may have made recently — which might include the new Mercedes she just bought.
The judge who oversaw the hearing this morning also issued a restraining order against someone, and although he didn’t specifically state who that person was, most sources believe it is Sam Lutfi.
The judge found, in effect, that Lutfi has been harassing Britney. Thus the civil harassment restraining order.
This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.
The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but court observer and uber-attorney Goldie Schon tells TMZ that Brit’s folks could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 22 days.
Sam spoke to Us Weekly over the phone, and claimed Britney’s family is “crazy.”
“Oh boy, her family is crazy! It’s funny because that’s what the doctors say when they meet the family,” he added. “They always come back and say, ‘You know, [her problems] are inherited, right?’
“It’s just so sad. It’s shared equally from both of her parents.”
He told Us the singer doesn’t “trust anything that her family says? Not a g—-n thing.”
Sam said the family’s intervention on Thursday was their fourth attempt to have Britney committed.
When the singer heard Lynne had arrived Sunday night, Lutfi said Britney asked him, ‘Is my mom really here?’ I said, ‘Yeah, she’s here.’ And she’s like, ‘Oh great, you know they’re up to something.’
“They show up to the house like hillbillies, texting me,” Lutfi continued. “I find out that they’re outside, and they go, ‘You better let me in the gate, you ass.’ So I go, to Britney, ‘Your parents are here, let them come in and yell at you and scream at you. If anything else goes on, I’ll throw you in my car and take you out of here.’ She said, ‘OK, fine, baby.’
“I let them in. Instead of going to see how Britney is, they come bouncing through the doors. They scream at me, ‘Why the f—k are you talking to Barbara Walters?’ I swear to God that’s all they were saying.
“The dad pushed me in the chest and said, ‘Get the f—k out of here.’
“The dad gave up and then the mom tried to talk to her, but Lynne was like, ‘I gotta get my beauty sleep, I gotta get my nails done, I gotta do my hair.’ It was just so sick. We made the mom stay.”
During the interview, Sam admitted Britney suffers from a “mixed state bipolar” and has had it for “roughly five years.” I guess that explains why Britney let Sam in her life at all.

Maybe getting Sam away from her for a while will help too. Hopefully she’ll get the help she needs without im around to tell her she’s fine.
