Sam Lutfi claimed he didn’t feel defeated after yesterday’s hearing, in which a commissioner in Britney Spears’ case ruled he could have no contact whatsoever with the singer.

“It won’t last.”

Of Spears parents, Jamie and Lynne, Lutfi added, “They’re never gonna be able to rule her forever.”

During the hearing, it was revealed Sam has contacted Britney by phone since she was locked up in the UCLA Medical Center psych ward, which was a direct violation of the restraining order against him, but whatev: Sam does what Sam wants, yo.
