Billy Ray Cyrus hit out against reports that he deleted Lindsay Lohan’s phone number from daughter Miley Cyrus’ phone after the two starlets traded numbers during Grammy weekend.
On Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show Tuesday morning, Billy Ray claimed the rumors break his achy breaky heart. Or something, idk.
Billy Ray’s response: Not true. “We love Lindsay,” he said.
Cyrus, 46, emphasized that he wants his kids to think of him as a “best friend.” “I wanna be the person [Miley] wants to talk to,” he told Seacrest. Fifteen-year-old Miley has a lot of friends, and “I just want to be one of those friends.”
But really, could blame a dad for not wanting his 15 year old daughter chatting with a 21 year old who spent last year in and out of rehab and jail? I’d delete that shit with a quickness.

Man, if I were Miley, I’d pull some, “Hey dad, I need to go underwear shopping, my tampons leaked all over my shit because it turns out that I have a really heavy flow after all” noise. Or something. That’ll get the BFF ideas out of his head real quick.

That is why some kids today dress and act the way the do because their parents are trying to be their friend instead of their parents. When I was younger my dad would have kicked my ass if were to dress the way some of these little tarts dress today.

Billy Ray Cyrus, it is better to be feared than loved, and Miley should appreciate this when she is older. What a coincidence! In this pic, it looks like father and daughter have the same hair color and highlights. They apparently have the same hair stylist. Billy Ray is a good looking man.
