Claus Hjelmbak, owner of the Scandinavian Style Mansion in Beverly Hills, blabbed to Page Six that he was unhappy with Lindsay Lohan. The starlet hosted a swag party at the Mansion on Friday, and reportedly threw a “hissy fit” when she saw Paris Hilton’s handbag lined would be featured on the red carpet.

Lindsay, 21, arrived at the mansion for a fashion event she’d been paid to host, at which 13 posh designers were offering swag to a slew of A-listers.

But when she spied the words “Paris Hilton Handbags” plastered on the red-carpet event’s sponsor board, she reportedly pitched a fit, and fled the gala less than an hour later.

The fit didn’t go by unnoticed by Claus, who was less-than-impressed with Lindsay’s hosting skills. Fortunately, Paris arrived shortly after Lindsay bolted, and took over hosting duties.

“I’m grossly disappointed in Lindsay for not fulfilling her contractual duties,” Claus said.

“Paris truly saved the night,” he says. “She was very gracious to everyone — and was the life of the party!”

Further pissing off Claus, when Lindsay left the party, she took some “very expensive gifts” with her. Classy.
