Anderson Cooper revealed today that doctors diagnosed him with skin cancer. The CNN anchor said on his blog that he had a “small spot” of skin cancer under his left eye removed on Monday.

“I still have stitches and you’ll no doubt notice them tonight.”

He adds, “Don’t want you to think I got into a fist fight with Charlie Rose.”

Stitched up or not, Anderson is such a dreamboat.
