Laguna Beach police arrested Richie Sambora for suspected DUI Tuesday evening. The Bon Jovi guitarist, who has multiple trips for rehab for a drinking problem, was reportedly driving erratically before being pulled over.
Sambora was pulled over around 11 p.m. Tuesday night after police said they spotted him driving erratically. He was driving a Hummer and failed multiple filed sobriety tests, according to TMZ.
“At this point there’s no indication of drugs,” said Laguna Beach PD Sgt. Jason Kravetz.
Sambora is the father of ex-wife Heath Locklear’s 11 year old daughter, Ava. He ended his relationship with Denise Richards last year.

I’ve never understood how the rich and famous can’t figure out that they can hire a driver? Especially for the nights when they’re out drinking?

As a Laguna Beach mom this pisses me off … where is MADD? They should jump all over his ass. Besides, he’s much too old to be out cruisin’ and boozin’ . . . I hope they make him pick up garbage on our local beaches.
