Earlier today we heard that Richie Sambora was arrested in Laguna Beach last night on DUI charges. Homeboy was reportedly swerving all over the road at 11pm. Now we here Richie had a passenger for his wild ride: his ten year old daughter, Ava. Father of the year?
Richie Sambora was busted for DUI with his 10-year-old daughter Ava in the car, along with another juvenile and another adult — a woman. If Sambora was driving drunk, he could be charged with endangering the two kids.
Police sources tell us Sambora has not been charged with endangerment but the Laguna Beach P.D. is “actively investigating.”
After the arrest, police called Ava’s mom, Heather Locklear, to come pick up her daughter. Nice.

Heather could get full legal custody, but she’ll probably be nice about it. She seems to be more together than Richie and has the dignity not to air her dirty laundry in public.

I don’t even know what to say to this level of asshole-ness. WTF is WRONG with these people? And what bugs me is that you just KNOW this isn’t the first time he’s done something like this. And fuck you to the unnamed adult female for letting him do this.

Right on sisters — Mothers Against Drunk Drivers should unite and not let this get swept under the carpet quietly … I AM A LAGUNA BEACH MOM WHO WANTS TO PROTECT MY DAUGTHER FROM THE LIKES OF THESE LOWLIFES.
